Salmon with Sriracha Sauce and Lime

This recipe adapted from Gwineth Paltrow's low cal recipe book.

I just had this for dinner tonight and I confessed that this is one delicious light meal. Being an Asian of course I love spicy food. And this one has that spicy taste to it. If you are not into spicy food at all just reduce the sriracha sauce. This is a meal that you whip the last minute and taste good. You will not be disappointed with this recipe.

::Recipe::

Salmon with Sriracha Sauce and Lime

~ Juice and zest  of 1/2 lime
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup
~ 1-1/2 tsp sriracha sauce {available at asian grocery market}
~ 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
~ 1-1/4 pounds salmon fillet, skin removed
~ 2 tsbp coarsely chopped cilantro

Heat oven 425 deg. In a bowl whisk together juice, zest, syrup, sriracha and salt. Place salmon in a baking oven proved dish lined with parchment paper; pour in lime-maple mixture onver top. roast salmon until cooked through for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
